Minimum 120 sqm contracted floor space. 2nd level build-up must not exceed 40% of the contracted floor space

Double storey booths may be allowed for contracted floor space of at least 120 sqm and the built-up area of the 2nd level must NOT exceed 40% of the contracted floor space - terms and conditions apply.
