The Invited Guests Program is designed to target buyers from East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. While we welcome applications from other regions, priority will be given to participants from these specified areas, with all applications evaluated by our team.

Who are our Invited Guests?

  • High-volume buyers: Senior management professionals from public and private sectors who are making significant purchasing decisions in the Pro AV and technology space.
  • High-demand end user sectors: Public and private sector, vertical market buyers with high demand for Pro AV solutions and technology, including education, urban development/smart cities, retail, live events and entertainment, tourism and hospitality, defence and security, transport, and healthcare.
  • Buyers with project-driven near-term needs: Qualified buyers with approved/developing projects that require upcoming purchases in the next 12-24 months.
  • New this year: The program will also accept System Integrators (SI), Pro AV/Tech Consultants, Manufacturers & Distributors of Pro AV/IT products and solutions, and Pro AV rental and staging providers with immediate buying and partnership needs.

What we ask in return?

As our Invited Guests, you commit to a minimum of 12 meetings with our exhibitors of your own choice throughout the 3 days of the show, attend at least one show floor tour related to your vertical market, and complete our show survey to tell us what we can do better. We also ask that you don’t leave the show early but stay for each full day of your Invited Guest Program.

Invited guests qualifying criteria

  • Responsible for researching, organizing, influencing or making budgetary decisions for your company.
  • Having approved/developing projects that require upcoming purchases in the next 12-24 months.
  • Coming to the show with purchasing power.
